Finally added a new layout!. Took long enough, right? Well, the Angelina Jolie layout fell through. Lack of inspiration. But a nifty tutorial showed me how to create this layout! Darn proud of it. I just hope I’m not bored of it too quickly.

So I’m heading off to Egypt tomorrow – Sharm El Sheikh to be exact, so I thought I’d squeeze in a little post before I jet off and boil to death. I’m seriously looking forward to it. I just hope I’ve packed everything. There’s a nagging feeling in the back of my mind telling me I’ve forgotten something. *Shrug* ah well. Not much I can do about it now.

It’s been a busy weekend. Yesterday I left my house early in the morning to help my local Brownie pack on their last day of their camp. They were in need of another adult seeing as one of them needed to leave early, so I took over supervising pack up and cleaning. It was long, but rewarding. Today was draining. Another early morning to the Carnival del PUeblo in Elephant and Castle in central London. It’s a huge event that attracts thousands of people. I was with my samba group, performing in the parade. Not only was it boiling, but the costumes were darn heavy and we played non-stop for three hours! The costumes were hilarious though. What carnival costumes aren’t?

I’ve been kind of pants with returning comments lately, and I must must apologise. Since exams, the site was put on low priority and I’m not used to it being back properly. I shall return each and every (well, there was only one on the last blog, haha) comment as soon as I get back from my holiday. I really do feel bad.
